East Haven police logs, Jan. 12-18:

Jan. 13

Steven Anthony Dorso, 50, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and use of drug paraphernalia.

Christian Daniel Rivera, 28, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.

Kevin Arthur Schiff, 25, listed as homeless/of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 14

Xavier Santiago, 35, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 15

Joseph Scott Hutchinson, 31, of New Haven, was charged first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jan. 16

Jesus Piscil, 53, of New Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Jan. 17

Kevin Goodman, 36, of Derby, was charged with disorderly conduct.
