Wyonna Furby, 41, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree electronic stalking violating a court order, violation of a protective order, and sixth-degree larceny.
Joel Serafin Deleon-Valentin, 45, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.
Jan. 20
Kayla Marie Dibene, 26, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny and illegally taking a payment card.
John A. Verab, 47, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Jan. 21
Cheryl L. Gladding, 63, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sanjit-Kumar Tristan Fong, 27, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Aileen Rivera, 21, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Krystle Matthews, 37, of Meriden, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, evading responsibility with injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Jan. 23
Anna R. Perrelli, 35, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Stephen Perkins, 41, of North Branford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia.
Terry Dishawn, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Jan. 24
Jamie Sylvester-O'Neill, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
Prince Corey Thomas, 35, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Flavio Morocho-Pandi, 27, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.
Luis Antonio Yanza, 34, of Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
