Leonard Brown, 63, of Winchester Avenue, New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Miquel Velasquez, 36, of Fitch Street, New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence.

Jan. 17

Michael J. Jensen, 53, of Edward Street, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Michael John Vitello, 40, of Kneeland Road, New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Jan. 18

Randall Motzer, 57, of Old Foxon Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jan. 19

Kayla Elizabeth Vallombroso, 22, of Green Garden Court, was charged with second-degree harassment, violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear.

Robert Raymond Cassidy, 52, of Hilton Avenue, was charged with first-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 21

Lamont Bryan Burroughs, 21, of Day Street, New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, fourth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Carmelo Lantieri, 26, of Woodland Avenue, was charged with second-degree threatening.
