East Haven police logs, Jan. 21-27:

Jan. 21

Nicole L. Carbone, 41, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, four counts of possession of a controlled substance/second offense, possession with intent to sell narcotics, operating a drug factory, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 22

Michael J. Cassella, 45, of Branford, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Jan. 23

Chomron Ung, 43, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert Sullivan, 45, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.

Jan. 24

Jane A. Rosner-Bigler, 73, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jan. 25

Tamara S. Price, 25, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Diego Santana, 41, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
