Danielle Susan Lucibello, 32, of unknown address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.

Jan. 31

Brian Joseph Knight, 57, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Stephanie Knight, 53, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Lori Tibbetts, 52, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Clementina M. Crocco-Lombardi, 52, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Joseph A. Cari, 43, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.

Jillian R. Tupper, 43, of unknown address, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.

Zachary Ludington, 20, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
