Philip A. Caisse, 43, of East Haven, was charged with taking a payment card without consent.
Miles Joseph Goritski, 29, of Vernon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Alyssa Lauren Ruotolo, 23, of West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Jan. 9
Leah M. Hammond, 24, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Adalid Ramos-Cordon, 38, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and drinking while driving.
Jan. 10
Mark Manfredi, 57, of Ansonia, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
Jan. 11
Joseph Gonzalez-Baez, 21, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
