Jan. 7

Tiffany Cancel, 37, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Jan. 8

Nicole L. Carbone, 36, of East Haven, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell narcotics and three counts of possession of narcotics/controlled substance.

Miliyeane P. Kabel, 42, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 9

David Brown, 56, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer and evading responsibility.

Jacqueline J. Reilly, 67, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jan. 12

Jose Candelario, 35, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
