Damian M. Irizarry-Ruiz, 26, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation/suffocation.

July 15

Agustin G. Zurita-Baigorria, 24, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 16

Patrizio Altomirano, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 17

Daniel Garzon, 35, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Boris Ortega, 39, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Darrin J. Amore, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

July 18

Adam F. Romo, 38, of North Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

July 19

Anthony D'Agostino, 36, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

Fredina O. Mendez, 39, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
