Michael Leon, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
John A. Spear, 45, listed as homeless in East Haven, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.
July 22
Allison Jones, 32, of Naugatuck, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Angel L. Morales, 35, of Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Kenny T. McGregor, 38, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Kayla Elizabeth Vallombroso, 25, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.

Igor Choma, 72, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Tina L. Portino, 55, of New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Eduardo Quinones-Martinez, 45, of New Haven, was charged with criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Ruben Negron, 33, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kimberly Butler, 53, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Tyshon Ferguson, 23, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Maria L. Morgillo, 35, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
