Gerald Cotter, 57, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim and disorderly conduct.
July 5
Ricardo A. Rivera, 37, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct, engaging in a police pursuit, third-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving.
Max Rodriguez, 32, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility, and interfering with an officer.
Joseph J. Deleone, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.
Kevin Ivan Olivares, 22, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
July 6
William Laden, 39, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence.
Robert Cyrus Sawicki, 38, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
July 7
Joshua Pires, 42, of North Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
