July 9

Charles Levey, 58, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear.

Ricardo Otto Curry, 50, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Tiziana Perciballi, 35, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 10

Paul Pastet, 45, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Harvey Melton-Hill, 41, of Meriden, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

July 11

Christina Peschell, 34, of West Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, criminal violation of a restraining order, and second-degree harassment.

Joevany Oliveras, 25, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree breach of peace.

July 13

Jacques Albert Schapira, 24, of West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell 1 kilo or more of cannabis.

July 14

Anthony Moore, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
