Kevin O. Cruz Viera, 27, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.

July 28

Kimberly A. Amore, 55, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of a controlled substance.

July 29

Kimberly M. Perry, 35, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Yomar Rivera, 31, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a child, possession with intent, criminal possession of a firearm, and disorderly conduct.

July 31

Stephen Beedle, 50, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia.

Cristian J. Munoz-Calva, 40, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
