Kristi Lynn Bohara, 39, of Seymour, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Kyle J. Valentine, 31, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Jose Gomez Bustamante, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Katara M. Peters, 50, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

July 28

Tyquan L. Cooper, 29, of Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and violation of a protective order.

Christine A. Stevens, 49, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Ana E. Spellman, 45, of New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

July 30

Jonathan Ralph Finkle, 35, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a standing criminal protective order, conspiracy to commit violation of a standing criminal protective order, and disorderly conduct.

Igor Choma, 72, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and second-degree violation of a conditional release.

Jeffrey A. Reopelle, 35, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sydney Lyn Mingione, 19, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 31

Paul Lee Wang, 38, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Eliezer R. Orosco, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Richard Vitale, 32, of Middletown, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Aug. 1

Albert Labonte, 50, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sarah A. Gargano, 52, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Aug. 2

Kyle Vincent Langner, 34, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of probation violation.

Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
