March 11

Michael Joseph Larocco, 41, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree filing a false incident report.

Gary Mills, 49, of West Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Matthew Jon Haley, 53, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

March 14

Galo Castro-Samaniego, 38, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Brain H. Chillington, 64, of Fairfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

March 16

John F. Fuents, 37, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

David Abad-Ortiz, 29, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Mikayla Faith Franklin, 25, of New Haven, was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
