March 15
Michael Anthony Santo, 59, of Newtown, was charged with enticing a minor by computer and criminal attempt risk of injury to a child.

David Gontarz, 28, of Durham, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
March 16

Michael Andrew Leonard, 36, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree suffocation/strangulation, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
Arthur M. Decato, 66, of East Haven, was charged with drinking while driving and use of drug paraphernalia.
March 17
Steven Paul Coomes, 54, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
March 18
Colin Nugent, 21, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
March 20
Gennaro Luigi Terrone, 20, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.
March 21
Louis Joseph Dellavalle, 34, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree violation of a conditional release, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.
