Oliver Barton, 57, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Steven Strickland, 49, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Delieto, 65, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

March 18

Roilin Rosado-Soto, 35, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Joseph Barnabei, 29, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

March 19

Jack Rivadeneira, 19, of East Haven, was charged with fist-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Erik D. Parham, 43, of Rocky Mount, NC, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

March 20

Jonathan Ralph Finkle, 35, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Jacquelyn Marie Dacunto, 36, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

March 21

James Mathew Hicks, 19, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Lilliana Rose Uvino-Hicks, 22, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Edward D'Angelo, 39, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

Lorenzo Rocossini Byam, 60, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

March 22

Anthony J. Bruno, 68, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Julia K. Genzano, 31, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Cynthia Ann Perillo, 52, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
