Randall S. Motzer, 57, of Old Foxon Road, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Reginald Earl Boyd, 26, of Townsend Avenue, New Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Langdon Johnson, 54, of Carmen Street, was charged with driving under the influence.

March 12

Rain Lynn Turner, 25, of Hawkins Street, Derby, was charged with criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, and credit card theft.

Kavon Maurice Franklin, 21, of Cedar Court, was charged with breach of peace and disorderly conduct.

Angel Portillo Diaz, 47, of Elm Street, was charged with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Victoria Cameron, 34, of Deerfield Street, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and violation of a protective order.

Maryellen Swift, 55, of Silver Sands Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Amanda Marie Dowd, 29, of Phillip Street, was charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and second-degree violation of release conditions.
