Justin Torello, 36 of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree failure to appear, violation of a protective order, two counts of second-degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer, and disorderly conduct.
Brittany Jasmine Bembury, 34, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Xavier Santiago, 39, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, criminal violation of a restraining order, second-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.
Matthew Stephen Mullally, 33, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Leon Rainaud, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
March 27
Xavier Santiago, 39, of East Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment.
March 29
Justin Torello, 36, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
March 31
Elise Abella Lemke-Varricchio, 19, of Hebron, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree filing a false incident report, and misuse of emergency 911—false alarm.
Christopher Millhouse, 49, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and violation of probation.
