East Haven police logs, March 27-April 2:

March 28

Joseph Louis Dellavalle, 25, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Luis Rivera, 28, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

March 31

Malachi Ellis, 27, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

April 1

David W. Butler, 52, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, payment card theft, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, and use of drug paraphernalia.

William Pagan, 23, of New Haven was charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, and sixth-degree larceny.

April 2

Gina Marie Mariano, 29, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

Michael T. Bohannon, 60, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second offense.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
