Stephen C. Holland, 62, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Matthew Christides, 31, of Cheshire, was charged with soliciting a sex act and possession of a controlled substance.

Eric Perkins, 53, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

March 10

Luis Rodolfo Rodriguez, 33, of New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

March 11

Wilbert Roman, 55, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Francisca Suarez-Naranjo, 40, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

March 13

Jason Anthony Velleca, 41, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Anthony Bonie, 72, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Richard Anthony Olszewski, 42, of New Haven, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.
