Robert Northrop, 27, Homeless, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Crystalynn Rose Mead, 33, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathan Mousch, 23, of Berger Street, Branford, was charged with third-degree assault with physical injury and second-degree breach of peace.
