Eileen Frawley, 36, of North Haven, was charged with second-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree failure to appear/charges pending, fourth-degree larceny, illegal taking of a payment card, conspiracy to commit illegal taking of a payment card, receipt from illegal use of a credit card, and conspiracy to commit receipt from illegal use of a credit card.

May 9

Lynette Akey, 57, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Juan Carlos Coello-Castro, 38, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jesus E. Contreras Claudio, 22, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

May 12

Saldi Hyska, 28, of Woodbridge, was charged with first-degree threatening/armed with firearm and second-degree harassment.

Yimel Gonzalez, 40, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree strangulation, violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, and second-degree failure to appear.

Julio E. Mendez-Acevedo, 34, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree reckless endangerment, and fourth-degree sexual assault.
