Elizabeth A. Proto, 39, of East Haven, was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Michael Murawski, 26, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 21
Harold Enrique Figueroa-Sosa, 43, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 22
Jamie K. Boyd, 40, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Jayla Leigh Torres, 21, of New Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
