Nov. 2

Michele Marie Marino, 60, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Eddie Acevedo, 46, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, and disorderly conduct.

James Sinclair, 43, of Southington, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Jerry Lois Rivera-Lara, 37, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Melia A. Hine, 23, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Nov. 4

Alexania Angela Pelkey, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 5

Ralph Michael Orsini, 46, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Marcellus Nicholas Ray, 21, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault on elderly victim and disorderly conduct.

Nov. 6

Jason Fazekas, 45, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree larceny. sixth-degree larceny, three counts of violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Widman A. Vicuna-Rodriguez, 48, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 2 and 12 and illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16.

Nov. 7

Gina Marie Mariano, 28, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

John A. Verab, 47, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.

Nov. 8

John Joseph Theriault, 37, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Monica Anne Prete, 36, of West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
