Nov. 4
Chastity J. Medina, 27, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and driving while license suspended for DUI.

Tiziana Perciballi, 36, of East Haven, was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree violation of conditional release.

Perry Flowers, 50, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics controlled substance with the intent to sell.
Rahshiem Vernell Smoakes, 42, of Bridgeport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics controlled substance with the intent to sell.
Nov. 6
Gina Marie Nusdeu, 39, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Timothy Andrew Acompora, 31, of East Haven, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order.
Jared Alan Latela, 25, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Nov. 7
Marion Lynn Sarsfield, 47, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Nov. 9
Keanna Lee Quinones, 24, whose address police list as homeless, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harassment, and second-degree breach of peace.
James Michael McCraken, 42, of Plainville, was charged with violation of probation.
Nov. 10
Xavier Santiago, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Rachel C. Plotkin, 28, of Fairfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Alex Berrios, 20, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and credit card theft.
