Nov. 9
Dionna P. Sergi, 28, of New Haven, was charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Jasmine L. Dublin-Sewell, 32, of Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree larceny, payment card theft, receipt from illegal use of credit card, third-degree identity theft and extradition arrest by warrant.

John Arthur Raymond, 18, of Branford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, and second-degree breach of peace.
Matthew M. Davis, 41, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Nov. 12
Christopher Dylan Kinneen-Candelaria, 24, of Meriden, was charged with first-degree threatening, first-degree criminal trespass, and violation of a protective order.
Diane Acker Clark, 55, of West Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Janey Bravo-Diaz, 35, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 13
Justin Tuthill, 37, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 15
Joseph A. DeBenedet, 55, of Branford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Kevin Cherry Jr., 35, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
