Oct. 12
Timothy Healey, 54, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Joseph Albarran, 22, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree larceny and seven counts of first-degree failure to appear.
Luis Juarez, 23, of New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny and possession with the intent to sell, and possession of more than five ounces of cannabis.

Oct. 13
Brandon Collin Clark, 20, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Cheyenne Ellisha Clark, 18, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Wallace E. Pitts, 51, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Anthony Goraieb, 60, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Cynthia Ann Perillo, 53, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Oct. 15
Marcia Ann Cerrone, 45, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Robert Frank Rispoli, 51, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Luis Daniel Arroyo, 45, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 17
Joseph Presley Ely, 18, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Christopher M. Sanford, 40, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.
Wesley J. Hough, 25, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and third-degree conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
Oct. 18
Laysha Machado, 32, of New Haven, was charged with criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, possession with the intent to sell narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.
