Juliana Trasacco, 22, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Behzod Mirzaev, 35, of Rego Park, NY, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, two counts of risk of injury to a child, failure to drive in proper lane, and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Carlos J. Correa, 34, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Jenilee Santiago, 35, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 4
Marshall L. Hood, 47, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 5
Randi E. Hobson, 40, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Michael Daniel Meisner, 31, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 6
Robert F. Salatto, 48, of Norwich, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and reckless driving.
Burnnel J. Davis, 25, of New Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
Ricardo Rivera, 37, of New Haven, was charge with first-degree reckless endangerment, violating a protective order, criminal attempt of second-degree assault, third-degree assault, and two counts of probation violation.
