Quincy Gonsalves, 25, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 26
Thomas Weber, 27, of Southington, was charged with second-degree assault, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.
Joshua Urbano, 37, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Oct. 27
Sean Coates, 45, of Branford, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace.
