Oct. 26

Anthony Vincent Quartiano, 30, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Peter Thomas Burwell, 30, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Oct. 27

John A. Verab, 47, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Maria Thompson, 45, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 29

Michele Marie Marino, 60, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Scott T. Harrison, 35, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 30

Lance James Kunecki, 32, of Branford, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Oct. 31

Michael J. Moody, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Steven Michael Stewart, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Brandon Milland Downing, 24, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 1

Hailey Rose Grasso, 20, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree assault on an elderly victim and disorderly conduct.
