Malachi Briscoe, 18, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.
Oct. 6

Ruben Montano, 19, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
Alexandrea Shalie Garcia, 22, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 6
David W. Butler, 50, of New Haven, was charged with three counts of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, six counts of first-degree failure to appear, six counts of second-degree failure to appear, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 7
Robert Canter, 40, of Rocky Hill, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
Timothy Ryan, 69, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Esco Bennett, 36, East Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.
David C. Moon, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Steven Serio, 50, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Oct. 10
Maria Angela Massaro, 48, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Antoine Davis, 40, of East Haven, was charged with probation violation.
