East Haven police logs, Sept. 16-22:

Sept. 16

Richard Mark Hibbard, 66, of Watertown, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Jamie E. Sylvester-ONeill, 36, of Branford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with an officer.

Sept. 18

Herman Marino Martinez, 60, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 20

Brandon Arturo Soberanis, 24, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 21

Anna M. Arroyo, 44, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Angel Santiago-Rivas, 44, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree larceny.

Nicholas John Demorro, 28, of was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 22

John Antonio Rivas, 24, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
