Robert Joseph Barnabei, 27, of New Haven, was charged with violation of probation.

Michael Janco, 43, of Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Kashaun Jamal Spruill, 28, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sale of a narcotic substance.
Jackson Reed Cutler, 24, whose address is listed as homeless, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and use of a motor vehicle without permission.
Timothy J. Foye, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny.
John L. Thomas, 47, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Darwin Sanmartin, 40, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Chelsea A. Witter, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Frank E. Acampora, 56, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
Sept. 15
William J. Calash, 56, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Victor E. Popolizio, 62, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
