Fabian Orellana-Barrera, 28, of West Haven, was charged with driving under the influence.

Frank Anthony Stange, 42, of Meriden was charged with driving under the influence.
Sept. 21
Terence Bogan, 40, of East Haven, was charged with false incident report and misuse of emergency 911/false alarm.
