Harold Stevenson, 64, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Sept. 22
Vincent James Rosarbo, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Richardson Monroe, 58, of no address listed, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree robbery, and sixth-degree larceny.
Sept. 24
Lee Young, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Sept. 25
Gustavo Sebastian Aroca-Ortiz, 19, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Sept. 26
Michael Masiello, 47, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Sept. 27
Robert L. Benevich, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree robbery and third-degree larceny.
Keith Palmer Passeck, 31, of New Haven, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
