Sept. 28

Alyssa Lauren Ruotolo, 24, of Bethany, was charged with violation of probation.

Sept. 29

Jonathan Cruz, 33, of New Haven, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, operating a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance.

Ismael Leon-Atemiz, 30, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sept. 30

Michael McNamara, 43, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jonathan Ralph Finkle, 35, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Damien Fitzgerald Towson, 45, of New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear, and violation of probation.

Oct. 1

Antonio M. Vallati, 33, of Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Michele M. Flanagan, 36, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Dennis Coppola, 62, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 2

Alphonse Vincent Nazario, 40, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Edisson Ortiz, 32, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lorena Zuniga, 29, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
