On Jan. 2, Shawn Hobart, of East Haven, won $30,000 after purchasing a 30X Cash 5Th Edition ticket from <a title="Get driving directions to Ocean Port" class="sname" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?daddr=50-52+coe+ave,east+haven,ct" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Ocean Port</a> in East Haven.
