EAST HAVEN, CT — A local resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Monday, Matthew Fisher, of East Haven, won $50,000 after purchasing a 5X The Money 11Th Edition ticket from <a title="Get driving directions to Stop &amp; Go" class="sname" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?daddr=526+main+st,east+haven,ct" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Stop &amp; Go</a> in town.
