East Haven Residents Invited To Inauguration

From The Town of East Haven: East Haven Mayor Joseph Maturo, Jr. will be sworn into office for his ninth term as Mayor of East Haven on Saturday, November 18, 2017, in an Inauguration Ceremony to be held in the Old Stone Church at 251 Main Street. Maturo who served 5 terms from 1997 to 2007 was returned to office in 2011 and re-elected in both 2015 and in the election just completed. This unprecedented accomplishment continues to give him the distinction of the longest serving Mayor in the town’s history.

Stacy Gravino will begin her sixth term as the Town Clerk and the newly elected members of the Board of Education and Board of Finance will take the oath of office during the services. The public is encouraged to attend the ceremony beginning at 11:30 a.m.
