East Haven Schools Board Hires Coaches, Sets Rate of Pay

Numerous coaches have been hired. See below for a full list.

EAST HAVEN, CT – The Board of Education recently approved the rehiring, and the rate of pay, for the coaches in the East Haven school system.

The board approved the rehiring of head baseball coach Raymond Johnson, at $6,502, and his assistant, R.J. Loesche, at $4,771.

Also re-hired was Gary Brasile to be the freshman baseball coach, at a rate of pay of $4,771; and middle school baseball coaches Chris Bonagiuso and Michael Archambault, at $1,431 each.

Ed Crisafi was re-hired as the head softball coach at the high school, at a rate of pay of $6,200; Kristina Serio will be his assistant, at a rate of pay of $3,600. Jeffrey Crisafi will be the freshman softball coach, at a ray of pay of $4,700; Alyssa Apuzzo will be his assistant, at a rate of pay of $1,544. Matt Manciero will be the middle school softball coach, at a rate of pay of $2,862.

James Vicario will be head track coach at RHHS, at a rate of pay of $2,727; John Wynne will be the middle school track coach, at $2,862; Rusty Dunne will be the head girls track coach at the high school, at a rate of pay of $4,875; Chelsea Harris will be the assistant, at $1,000.

Dave Augustine will be the head golf coach at the high school, at a rate of pay of $3,252; Dave Oshana will be the head tennis coach at the high school, also at $3,252; Robert Manghnani will be the boys tennis coach, at a rate of $2,252.

There are two vacancies that need to be filled: the assistant boys track coach position at the high school, at a rate of $3,182; and the middle school girls track coach, at a rate of $2,862.
