East Haven Woman Nabbed Twice In One Month For Drug Dealing: PD
Investigators raided the woman's Holland Road home early Friday and discovered cocaine, crack and methamphetamine, police said.

EAST HAVEN, CT — A local woman is accused of continuing to distribute narcotics out of her Holland Road home, despite being arrested on drug dealing charges less than a month ago.
Captain Joseph Murgo said police on Friday charged Nicole Carbone, 41, with three counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance (second offense), possession/use of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics, and risk of injury to a child.
Carbone was previously arrested in connection with narcotics distribution on Jan. 21, according to police.

Police said investigators learned Carbone was continuing to deal drugs from and around her residence after her January arrest. East Haven police coordinated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Drug Enforcement Administration.
Police obtained a search and seizure warrant for Carbone’s Holland Road address, which they executed early Friday.

During the search, investigators found and seized powder cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine in pill form, and a digital scale, police said.
Carbone was held on a $200,000 bond and appeared in Superior Court in New Haven Friday morning.
“The fact that this conduct continued while prior charges were pending is deeply concerning and demonstrates a disregard for the law and for the safety of our residents,” police said in an announcement Friday.
East Haven police urged anyone with information about local drug distribution activity to contact them at 203-468-3820.
