Childbirth Preparation 1-Day includes exercises, relaxation, breathing techniques, positioning for labor and birth, comfort measures, medication, anesthesia options and a tour of maternity facilities and lunch. A Smart Start class is free when taken with Childbirth Prep. Class fee is discounted for YNHH Employees and when taken as part of Silver, Platinum or Gold Parent packages
