The EH Rec Dept offers beginner and intermediate vinyasa style yoga begining the week of Sept 4 and running through November 30. For 1x a week $120 for the 3 month session. You must pick which day you will come. For 2x a week $180 for the 3 month sesson. Or you can sign up on a monthly plan. 1x per week is $40 month, 2x per week is $60 month.
Class times: Tuesday evenings 6:45-7:45pm, Saturdays, 9:30-10:30am.
Register by coming down to Shaolin Kempo Academy located at 35 Frontage Road, EH, in the Home Depot Plaza or register the first night. We are now located in the strip mall to the right of Home Depot down the end toward the new Chinese Buffet. Make sure you identify yourself as a Rec Dept student.
