Your Mental Wellness: How to Thrive While Living With Mental Illness

Panelists Don Fischer, Paula Sievers and Victoria Molta will discuss their own journeys into recovery and how it is possible to live meaningful, full lives while also living with mental illness. Victoria Molta has worked in various mental health agencies, including the Mental Health Association, Harbor Health Services, and National  Alliance on Mental Illness. Her current position is as a Recovery Mentor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry’s Program for Recovery and  Community Health. She has traveled all over the state to promote education and fight for legislative advocacy issues for people with mental illness. She has a cable access television show called “You and Your Mental Wellness” and she has interviewed guests from around the state.
