Farmers Market Seeks Sports-Themed Crafters, Popcorn, Kettle Corn, Candy Vendors
In addition to the goal to bring food vendors, for Market's June 7 "opening day," sports theme, hot dogs, popcorn, sports crafts fit nicely.
EAST HAVEN, CT—With the opening day set for June 7, and an 'opening day' sports theme, the East Haven Farmers Market is looking for "vendors to join us." And specifically, licensed and insured homemade artisans that specialize in sports, and folks who specialize in popcorn, kettle corn, hot dogs, and unique candies.
In a Facebook post, Allison Lavoie Ross notes that the market's goal is to "always to bring in more food vendors."
But she explained that the market has theme days throughout the season with special features. On opening day, the theme is similar to a sports opening day; hence, we are looking for a few vendors that match these themes.
