EAST HAVEN, CT — A hat boutique was among 34 businesses with East Haven addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Crown of Glory Hats International Boutique LLC, on Main Street, registered as a clothing and accessories retailer. Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.

Residential landlords led the list with four registrations, followed by three management consultants. Other newcomers include Practical Vending Solutions, a vending machine operator on George Street; Frosted By Winters, a caterer on Charnes Drive; Shivalay7, a limited-service restaurant on Hemingway Avenue; Lucere Psychotherapy on Sharon Drive; and FG2BENGY, a towing business on Burr Street.
