How About a Burger & Fries With Those Skates? Ice Rink Cafe Opens

EAST HAVEN, CT —The town and its Recreation Department announced the opening of a concession stand inside the Patsy Dilungo Veteran's Memorial Ice Rink.

The new concession stand by La Cucina Prepared Meals and Catering, brings classic concession stand food items along with a variety of prepared meals to take home. La Cucina has locations in Cheshire, North Branford and Guilford with its newest in East Haven. The concession stand will be open Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4:30-9:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. along with additional times during the week based on the event schedule at the rink.

And, come June, the ice rink will become a roller rink.
