Lawsuit: East Haven Police Officer Accused of Age Discrimination
A 74-year-old resident claims a police officer seized her license without provocation.

Virginia Klump, 74, of East Haven, claims in a federal lawsuit that an East Haven police officer unfairly seized her license in a blatant case of age discrimination, according to the New Haven Register.
On Feb. 24, Klump was accused of hitting a car in the Shop Rite parking lot on Foxon Road.
The police officer took her license, and wouldn’t give it back to her, the lawsuit alleges.
