For now, Mayor Joseph A. Carfora is expected to present his State of the Town address on March 31 at 7 p.m. at East Haven High School.
EAST HAVEN, CT — Mayor Joseph A. Carfora announced his State of the Town address slated for March 31 at 7 p.m. at East Haven High School.
In his announcement, he said he hopes many in the community will attend and while currently the event is still slated, there may be changes depend on how the coronavirus crisis deepens.
