Art was a member of the Branford Elks and the American Legion, Post 89 of East Haven.
He worked for Hexacomb Inc., a paper company in North Haven where he was the Lead Man for 23 years until his retirement in 2016.
Prior to her retirement Patricia along with her husband operated the Taste Good Cafe at the Regional Water Authority.
